Days after it was revealed that Big B would be a part of the ensemble cast of a Telugu film, comes news of his role in the biopic.

While fans are already going gaga over Amitabh Bachchan’s presence in Chiranjeevi’s forthcoming film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy — which also stars Vijay Sethupathi — here’s an interesting scoop about Big B.
Apparently, he will be seen in the role of Gosai Venkanna, Chiru’s guide in the biopic drama. As guru, Amitabh will ideate, inspire, and strategically plan Chiranjeevi’s revolt against the British.
“It’s a powerful, meticulous and intense role and the filmmakers wanted someone who has a huge charisma to play the character. They found Amitabh to be the best fit for the part,” says a source.
Produced by Ram Charan, the Surender Reddy directorial has Nayanathara as the leading lady.
