The latest round has come Kasturi’s sharp remarks on Vijay fans who indulged in vandalism at a theatre in Krishnagiri just because there was a delay in the actor’s Diwali release Bigil.
She wrote, “Whatever records it goes on to create, It will always be remembered for the vandalism displayed today. We may give excuses, claim it was the work of haters, but heart of heart we know the truth. True fans must never let ANYONE bring shame to their idol. #Krishnagiri.”
Criticising the onlookers, she said, “As if all those young men running amok is not shameful enough, onlookers are watching, enjoying and encouraging the riot. Worst disgrace is some chaps video recording the arson , as though that itself is an interesting movie. Not a single person trying to stop it. #TamilYouth.”
