Sayyeshaa’s second Tamil film Karuppu Raja Vellai Raja got jinxed — nevertheless the pretty actress and a powerhouse performer that she is — Sayyeshaa has quickly moved on to her next. Having signed on as Vijay Sethupathi’s pair in Junga under Gokul’s direction, the actress is excited about the movie. The film produced by Sethupathi is touted to be the costliest film of the actor. Gokul who is teaming up with the actor for the second time after Idharkkuthaane Aasai Pattai Balakumara tells us that 60 percent of the film will be shot in France. Sethupathi will be seen as a stylish gangster.
Talking to DC, Sayyeshaa says, “I play a bubbly girl close to my age coming from an affluent family, who is born and raised in Paris.”
The Shivaay actress reveals that she is traveling to Paris in a couple of days for the shoot. “I am off to Paris and will be heading to Bulgaria, Amsterdam and then back to Paris to shoot my portions for Junga.”
Ask her if it is a strong role like the character in her debut Tamil film Vanamagan — pat she replies, “Each script varies from one another and yes, the character I essay in Junga is also strong and significant.”
