It looks like south’s ‘it’ couple, Naga Chaitanya and Samantha have finally zeroed in on a project that they will work on together. After being seen as a reel life couple in Telugu films Ye Maaya Chesave, Manam and Autonagar Surya, the real life couple has apparently shown interest in a new film. If things work out as planned, the film, which will be directed by Maruthi, could go on to the floors by the year end.
A source reveals, “The film is likely to begin in November, post the couple’s wedding ceremony in October. Maruthi is presently busy with Mahanubhavudu and will start this new project soon after he finishes work on the Sharwanand-starrer. The director is keen to give it his all because this project will have a lot of expectations riding on it.”
The source adds, “Maruthi had a very interesting plot in hand. It piqued the couple’s interest and they were keen to explore it further. The director will begin work on it soon.”
