Anirudh Ravichander sings for Nayanthara

The composer croons an electronic fast number for Dora.

Composer duo Vivek and Mervin rose to fame with their debut album Vadacurry. Recently, their two songs Enga Pora Dora and Vaazha Vidu Da from Nayanthara-starrer Dora managed to get the attention of the music buffs. Now, the composers are busy scoring the background music for the horror film, directed by Doss Ramasamy.

For the third and final song, Vivek and Mervin have roped in leading music director Anirudh Ravichander to lend his voice for a fast number. Speaking to DC, Vivek says, “The number, Ra Ra Ra, is an intense motivational number that comes in a crucial point of the film. This song will be playing at the background when Nayanthara’s character decides to take revenge against the evil forces. Since it is an intense number, who better than Anirudh to sing for us? He is a dear friend of ours and his addictive voice was just perfect for the song.”

Another interesting fact is that the song will also have Nayanthara mouthing important dialogues. “It is an electronic fast number that begins with Nayan’s dialogues from the film. We recorded her portions during the dubbing. The song recording was a quick session and the energy that Anirudh has brought on board is exceptional,” quips Vivek. The audio of Dora is all set to hit the stores soon. “We are planning to release the background themes (five) along with the three songs in the coming months,” concludes the music director.
