Vaibhav signs a rom-com

After Meyaadha Maan, actor Vaibhav has his kitty full of projects in different genres. The one he’s signed most recently is a rom-com being made by debutant director Chachi, a former assistant of Viji. “It is not a run-of-the-mill comedy, I have given it a fresh treatment,” Chachi says, adding, “The script demands an innocent-looking protagonist, and Vaibhav fits the bill perfectly. Be it a horror-comedy, a supernatural-thriller or a rom-com, he can fit into it instantly.” The film is being bankrolled by Dinesh Kannan and Sridhar.
