Music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has a knack of recognising deserving talents and giving them a chance in his movies. This time, when he and the team of Balloon went to a reality show on a television channel, Yuvan decided to bring two singers to the limelight by offering them a song in his upcoming film Balloon, directed by Sinish.
Speaking to DC, the director reveals, “Yuvan wanted to pick those singers who haven't had the chance to make it to the industry yet. He has now roped in Rizwan and Priya Jerson for a duet number in my film! The song has lyrics penned by Arunraja Kamaraj and the recording will take place sometime in May.”
When asked who would be featured in the song, Sinish shares, “There are a couple of situations in the film where the song can be placed. Once we are done with the voice test, we would decide on the song placement. The shooting of Balloon has been wrapped up and currently the post production is underway.” Starring Jai, Anjali and Janani Iyer, Balloon is a horror thriller produced by Dhilip Subbarayan, Nandakumar and Arun Balaji. On a concluding note, Sinish reveals that there is also a promo song, which would feature a leading star.
