Finally, 2 States, the debut project of Shivani, daughter of ace film couple Dr Rajashekar and Jeevitha, with Adivi Sesh went on floors recently. An adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s best-seller ‘2 States’, the launch event was glitzy affair with several T’town bigwigs like SS Rajamouli, Raghavendra Rao, Krishnam Raju and Subbarama Reddy gracing the occasion. Venkat, a former assistant of VV Vinayak, directs the movie.
Shivani Rajasekhar said, “I thank director Venkat for offering me a challenging role. I thank my parents (Rajasekhar and Jeevitha) for letting me act!” She is also making her foray in Tamil with a Vishnu Vishal film.
