Divya Sathyaraj roped in for a documentary

The film would emphasise on the importance of combining nutrition, lifestyle modification and sports to stay fit.

Veteran Sathyaraj’s daughter Divya will be seen in a documentary titled A Bit To Be Fit, shot to promote awareness on sports and nutrition. She will be sharing screen space with top women sports personalities.

Divya, who is a nutritionist by profession, says, “A lot of people today believe that exercise and dieting are mutually exclusive. Some of my patients think that if they diet, you don’t have to exercise and vice versa. But exercise is non-negotiable! Most people I know of are bored of gyms and even find walking on the treadmill boring and monotonous. The best way to exercise is by playing a sport. The concentration is on the game and not on the calories. Playing a sport is a great stress-buster.”

The film would emphasise on the importance of combining nutrition, lifestyle modification and sports to stay fit. It is being directed by ad filmmaker Vineet Rajan from Bengaluru, and Sasha will be handling the camera.
