An actor having fan clubs is a common occurrence in K’town now. It was Trisha who was the first south actress to have a fan club nine years ago. Later, Namitha’s fans association was started. Now, Keerthy Suresh, hardly a year old in Tamil cinema, has one for herself, all thanks to teaming up with stars like Vijay, Dhanush, Suriya and Sivakarthikeyan.
Close sources say that a few people, claiming to be hardcore fans of Keerthy, met the Rajini Murugan actress, holding posters, and told her that they have started a fan club for her. Reportedly, the bubbly actress was initially taken aback, but soon became excited. The fans also mentioned that they would be erecting huge banners during her film’s release. Currently, the Thodari girl is in Switzerland to shake a leg alongside Ilayathalapthy Vijay for her upcoming flick Bairavaa.
