Tamil movie to have been a part of the International Film Festival of India held in Goa.

Writer Amshan Kumar, who won a National Award for his documentary film Yazhpanam Thedchanamoorthy: Music Beyond Boundaries, is all set for the release of his second film, Manushangada. The movie, which explores the caste prejudices that still exist in India, has participated in several film festivals, and it’s the only Tamil movie to have been a part of the International Film Festival of India held in Goa.
The film’s cast includes Rajeev Anand, Sasi Kumar, Manimekalai, Sheela, Vidhur and Anand Sampath. P.S. Dharan is behind the camera and Aravind-Shankar has composed the music. Manushangada will hit silver screens in September.
