Iniya as a possessed woman in her next

Actor Rahman, who is busy post 36 Vayadhinile, has been roped in to essay a crucial character.

Playing a possessed woman or a ghost is not new to actress Iniya, as she has already done so in Masani and also starred in a horror movie titled Pottu. Now, once again, the dusky actress turns a ghost in Sathura Adi 3500 (3500 Square Feet).

Talking about the movie, director Stephen reveals, “The film is based on a real-life incident that took place in Chennai. I took the plot from the people who experienced the supernatural presence, and I was particular that Iniya play the lead protagonist. She was very happy with my narration and  agreed to do the role instantly.”

 

Actor Rahman, who is busy post 36 Vayadhinile, has been roped in to essay a crucial character. “After he heard the script, Rahman sir complimented me on how different it was from the run-of-the-mill horror films and said that it was spine-chilling too.”

While Nikhil Mohan is the hero, Swati Dixit of RGV’s Ice Cream fame essays the heroine. Pratap Pothen, Kovai Sarala, MS Bhaskar, Saravan Subbaiah, Manobala among others are cast in supporting roles. Sathura Adi 3500 is the last film of celebrated cinematographer, the late Ananda Kuttan.
