Gautham Menon’s Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta starring Dhanush and Megha Akash in the lead roles was shot in Chennai and Turkey.
The director had been busy shooting for his other film Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada as well, which is why ENPT was put on hold for a couple of months. Gautham has resumed the shoot of the latter and will be wrapping up in 10 days time.
Currently, a stunt sequence is underway in Chennai. Stunt director Silva says, “We are shooting an action sequence across Chennai in areas like Thiruvanmiyur and Alwarpet. Like every Gautham Menon film, you will not see over-the-top fights, but a reasonable and realistic brawl unfolding.”
Stunt Silva shares a great rapport with Dhanush and he is also working on the latter’s debut directorial, Power Pandi. “I have worked with him in nearly six films and his maiden directorial venture is almost complete. Dhanush loves performing action sequences and I love working with film. He is one of the few actors who would complete an entire action scene in just a single take. I call him a ‘Single Shot King’,” he reveals.
Silva is awaiting the release of Dhanush’s Kodi and Arun Vijay-Mahima Nambiar starrer Kuttram 23 along with two other Malayalam flicks.
