Ajith and director Siva’s projects have always turned out to be memorable despite receiving mixed reviews from the critics. In their third venture Vivegam, director Siva tried his hand at creating an international spy thriller. Though the film fell short on few levels, it turned out to be a blockbuster hit for actor Ajith Kumar.
While many were debating over how Ajith should start teaming up with other directors, news about the duo’s possible collaboration started spreading. Marking the Thursday sentiment, producer Thyagarajan of Sathya Jyothi Films announced that they will be bankrolling Ajith and Siva’s fourth collaboration and stated that the film is titled Viswasam.
The film will be an out and out family entertainer with all commercial elements catering to audiences of all age groups.
The team is also retaining the technical crew which worked in Vivegam. Editor Ruben, cinematographer Vetri and art director Milan will be part of Viswasam. It is also reported that the makers are trying to rope in composer Yuvan Shankar Raja. Shooting of this venture will begin in January 2018 and the movie will hit the screens for Deepavali 2018.
