We reported recently that Vikram will be teaming up with Vijay Chander of Vaalu fame. Though Vijay revealed that Vikram will be undergoing a makeover for his look in the film, he didn’t give away the details of the heroine and the rest of the cast. Now, tinsel town is abuzz that Sai Pallavi of Premam fame will be romancing Vikram in the untitled film.
Sai Pallavi had stolen many a heart with her alluring performance of a ‘Malar Teacher’ in Malayalam film, Premam. Though she was flooded with film offers, the actress, who was pursuing her graduation in medicine, carefully picked her scripts. Even Mani Ratnam, who initially roped in Sai Pallavi for his upcoming flick Kaatru Veliyidai opposite Karthi, had to replace her with Aditi Rao Hydari, when he altered the script.
Now, a close source to the film’s unit confirms that talks are on with Sai Pallavi for the powerful female lead in the city-based action entertainer. Having completed her graduation, Pallavi who is now Dr. Sai Pallvai, is busy with her Tollywood movie Fida opposite Varun Tej.
