Remya Nambeesan
Remya Nambeesan, who was last seen in a cameo role in Karthik Subbaraj’s Mercury, has been cast opposite Bobby Simha in a film called Agni Dev. The flick is reportedly based on a novel by Rajesh Kumar, and it’s touted to be a political thriller. Directed by John Paul Raj of Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2 fame and Sham Surya, shooting for the film began in Coimbatore a few months ago. Inside sources reveal that Remya will be seen sporting a new look in the film.
The film’s cast also includes comedian Satish and Madhoo of Roja fame. If sources are to be believed, Madhoo’s character will have negative shades to it, and Satish plays not a comic but a pivotal role.
