Shruti Haasan visited the Harmandir Sahib Gurdwara at Amritsar, more commonly known as as the Golden Temple recently and offered her prayers. Reportedly, the actress was in Chandigarh, appearing for a brand she endorses. Since she had the next day off, she decided to make the most of it and quickly made a visit to Golden Temple and pay her respects at the shrine. Although, she was to go to the temple while promoting her last film, she could not do so due to some unforeseen reasons.
After attending the night aarti at the Golden Temple, the Singam 3 actress said, “I have always wanted to come here since I was a child, but never got a chance. The energy and atmosphere is just indescribable. The people here have also been so lovely and hospitable. I’m so thankful for this incredible experience.”
