Actor Jithan Ramesh, who was on a sabbatical, is now back and has signed a movie titled Nandu En Nanban. We have seen animals like goats, cows, snakes, dogs and monkeys as central characters in Tamil cinema that help the lead pair to unite. But for the first time, a nandu (crab) plays an important role in NEN, which has Poonam Kaur as Ramesh’s romantic pair!
Director Andal Ramesh who has earlier directed films including Aasamy, Innarukku Innarendru will be wielding the megaphone. “I have narrated the screenplay of this thriller in a new manner and since a crab essays a character, we have deployed Hollywood technicians for the CG work. The story is about a crab, which helps the hero to fight the villains.” Actors like Chandini, Santhana Bharathy and RNR Manohar are part of the supporting cast.
