Of late, filmmakers are breaking their heads to pick catchy titles for their movies just to grab the attention of the audience. As we broke the news that Trisha and Vijay Sethupathi are teaming up for a movie directed by Premkumar of Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom fame, we hear that the title has been finalised as 96.
Close sources say that the director has zeroed down on this title, which has significance to the script, and it denotes a particular year — 1996. “As of now, this will be the working title, but it may also change at a later stage since state tax exemptions will not be given to titles with numbers,” he adds. Buzz is that Trisha has equal footage as that of Sethupathi in 96, which revolves around the relationship between the lead pair.
