Of late, many young actors like Aari, Hiphop Aadhi are coming forward to be associated with social causes — especially for the plight of TN farmers. The latest one to join the bandwagon is actor Abi Saravanan, who has spent three days with the protesting farmers in New Delhi. He distributed dhoti, shirt and provided food for four days.
Even when the farmers protested on an earlier occasion, Abi showed his solidarity and sat down with them for several days. He has also donated money, which he had collected from his friends from the film industry. The actor’s kitty is full with four movies including Plus or Minus, Iraayan among a few others.
