National award winner Vetri Maaran is one filmmaker who always hails and supports good films made with a small budget. The prolific director has come forward and acquired the release and distribution rights of producer turned director Suresh Kamatchi’s upcoming film Miga Miga Avasaram. Joining him in the release is another producer/distributor in Sathyamoorthy of Clap Board Productions.
Sri Priyanka who has starred in films like Kangaroo and Sketch plays the lead protagonist as a cop in MMA. The film talks about the predicament of women police at the workplace. Areesh Kumar, Muthuraman and Ramadoss are in the cast. Director turned politician Seema will be seen in the key character of a senior police officer.
Jagannath who directed Vijay in Puthiya Geethai and gave the recent En Aaloda Serupaa Kaanom has penned the story and dialogues of the movie.
