Vikram Prabhu, who of late has been opting for unusual genres, has been roped in by Potential Studios for their new project based on a real life incident. Tamilarasan, a former associate of ace Vetri Maaran, directs the movie. The makers, known for choosing scripts with solid and unusual content, say that its genre cannot be classified under any particular category.
Says producer SR Prabhu, “I can vouch that people of all ages would relate to it for it holds such a reality factor.” Madhesh Manickam who shot to fame with his Vella Raja web series will be cranking the camera.
The producer’s earlier blockbusters Maanagaram and Maya started with the letter ‘M’ and their upcoming flick with SJ Suryah also has been titled Monster. So, sentimentally whether the title of Vikram Prabhu’s will also commence with the letter M, we ask. “Not really, he says with a smile and adds, “We are in the process of finalising the title, female lead, co-actors and technicians. Soon an official announcement will be made.”
