In the recent times we have been hearing a lot of divorce cases from popular industry faces. After top anchors and VJs Ramya Subramaniam and Pooja Ramachandran who got divorced recently, it is now Dhivyadarshini popularly known as DD who has reportedly applied for a divorce.
Dhivyadarshini married Srikanth Ravichandran in June 2014. They were friends for six years, after which their parents suggested the idea of their marriage. It is learnt that Srikanth’s family is not happy with Dhivyadarshini’s sudden decision to act in movies, which is one of the major reasons for the separation. Close sources reveal that both Dhivyadharshini and Srikanth filed divorce on mutual consent. DD was last seen in a brief role in Dhanush directorial Pa Paandi.
She has hosted several shows on a television channel, which include Jodi Number One and Super Singer T20. She hit the limelight with her show Koffee with DD which was a candid chat with celebrities. In an earlier interview, DD refuted media reports, which claimed that she and her husband are heading towards divorce.
