Actor Sree, who started his career with an award-winning movie Vazhakku Enn 18/9, is basking in the success of his recent flick Vil Ambu. Speaking about the success of VA, he says, “I should thank Balaji Sakthivel sir and Mysskin for giving me powerful roles in Vazhakku… and Onaayum Aattukuttiyum respectively, as these movies fetched me the crucial role in Vil Ambu. I got a call from director Suseendhiran sir who produced VA. But, when director Ramesh Subramaniam narrated the story, I insisted that I do rehearsals before signing the movie.”
The actor is excited about his next titled Maanagaram, which is an urban thriller — “The movie is directed by debutant Lokesh Kanakarajan. I am looking forward to the release.”
