New villain on the block

Vijith Saravanan of Dhoni Kabbadi Kuzhu fame is the new villain on the block. Though I have done many films in small roles, DKK gave me the necessary break. It has been eight years of struggle, which is now realised through playing a negative role in the film on our traditional sport of Kabbadi. People started recognising me now wherever I go and want to take selfies with me. Thanks to my director Ayyappan for making this happen,” says Vijith.

Now, the actor has bagged a meaty role in RK Suresh’s film Vettai Naai. “Ramki sir also essays an important character. Jaishankar directs the movie. I am confident that Vettai Naai will give me the necessary break.”
