If reports are to be believed, the magic pair of Raatchasan is collaborating once again. It was said earlier that Vishnu Vishal was being brought on board for the Tamil remake of Tollywood hit Jersey, which had Nani and Shraddha Srinath in the lead. We also broke the news that Nelson Vengadesan of Monster fame will be directing the film, reportedly bankrolled by Rana Daggubati.
The latest we hear on the film is that Amala Paul, who is basking in the success of Aadai, will join hands with Vishnu for the sports entertainer. Vishnu, who played cricket, shares a close friendship with Amala. One may recall how Vishnu Vishal extended his support for the Mynaa actress when she claimed that she was thrown out of Vijay Sethupathi’s film.
On the work front, Vishnu has an array of films including Kaadan directed by Prabhu Solomon, Jagajala Killadi with Ezhil, an untitled sports drama with Vikranth, Indru Netru Naalai sequel. Amala has Adho Andha Paravai Pola, Cadaver in Tamil and Aadujeevitham in Malayalam.
