Arulnithi and Radha Mohan join hands again
Actor Arulnithi has a penchant for choosing content-oriented films — most of his movies have garnered critical acclaim from the audiences and critics. Currently, the actor is shooting for Iravukku Aayiram Kangal, which will have director Mu. Maran at the helm. mThe Aarathu Sinam actor’s upcoming film, Brindavanam, with director Radha Mohan, is also up for release next. Speaking to DC, director Radha Mohan says, “The film has been issued with a U certificate by the censor board. We are planning to release the film in May. My team is now sorting out the dates and the official announcement will be out soon. Brindavanam is a feel-good movie and Arulnithi portrays the role of a deaf and mute character.” Actress Tanya of Balle Vellaiyatheva fame has been roped in to play the female lead, while actor Vivekh will be seen in a pivotal role.
Meanwhile, the duo has announced that they will be joining hands for the second time. “Presently, we are busy with Brindavanam’s post-production work, but have decided to team up again, for another film! Arulnithi and I have locked a script and we will start working on it, once Brindavanam releases. Shooting of this untitled film will go on floors sometime in July,” states Radha Mohan. The director and his team of associates will be finalising the rest of the cast and crew in a couple of weeks.
