Ace comedian Soori speaks about how his debut film Vennila Kabbadi Kuzhu changed his life forever and that’s the reason he didn’t ask any question when he was approached for VKK 2. “It is so close to his heart that I even named my daughter as Vennila.
Even though it is ten years since the film got released, VKK is evergreen in the hearts of people. And we shared the same kind of energy and love that we had while shooting for the sequel as well. Those who came to the location wondered that Appu Kutty and me look the same even after so many years. I am happy that the film brought Kabbadi, our traditional sport, into spotlight. I wish Vikranth who is a hard worker".
While the makers honoured a Kabbadi team by gifting Rs 10,000, Soori contributed his bit of `20K. Vikranth, Pasupathi, Ravi Mariya, Appu Kutty, PT Selvakumar, Aruldas among others were present.
