The first look and title of Arvind Swamy’s next film was announced on his birthday on June 18. Titled Pulanaivu (Investigation), the film directed by Santhosh Peter Jayakumar known for his adult content films like Iruttu Arayil Murattu Kutthu and Hara Hara Maha Devaki who later shifted gears and did Ghajanikanth. Swamy will be seen as a CB CID officer.

The poster shows Arvind Swamy’s face surrounded by cutouts of newspaper articles, indicating the film could be a mystery thriller. Bankrolled by Mathiyalagan of Etcetra Entertainment, D Immam has been roped in to compose music for the film. Sources say director Ameer in a crucial role. The female lead and other cast will be announced soon.
