Bollywood filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma always seems to be caught in some controversy or the other! When actress Amy Jackson, who is working with Rajinikanth on director Shankar’s 2.0 posted a picture of herself with Superstar, RGV passed some comments over the latter’s looks, which he now claims was his way of praising the actor.
RGV stated that Rajinikanth neither has the looks, charm nor the skills to be a Superstar and wondered how he had become one! His series of tweets read, “This man by being the biggest star ever completely destroys the notion of looks being important for stardom. He is a bad looker, doesn’t have 6 packs, short with a disproportionate body n knows just 2 nd half dance movements.” The director also wrote, “The greatest psychiatrists in the world will collapse with the challenging task of explaining the Rajini Phenomenon.” When Rajini fans started questioning his tweets, he responded, “Some superdumb fans of Rajinikanth didn’t even realise that I was only complimenting the Superstar.”
