Aishwarya Rajesh in demand

She is also paired opposite Vikram Prabhu in a film produced by Mani Ratnam.

Looks like Aishwarya Rajesh’s stars are working in her favour not only in Tamil but also in Tollywood. It was recently said she would be romancing Sivakarthikeyan in his upcoming flick with Pandiraj to be produced by Sun Pictures. She is also paired opposite Vikram Prabhu in a film produced by Mani Ratnam.

She wrapped up 2018 with her power packed performance in the emotional sports drama Kanaa and now even as her debut Telugu movie with Vijay Devarakonda is yet to release, the dusky actress has been roped in for the T’town remake of Kanaa. Titled Kowsalya Krishnamurthy… Cricketer, the film will have Aishwarya essaying the titular role of an aspiring cricketer from a farmer’s family. While the original film was directed by Arunraja Kamaraja and bankrolled by Sivakarthikeyan, the Telugu remake will be directed by Bhimaneni Sreenivas Rao and produced by KS Ramarao. Yet another aspect to her advantage is that Aishu’s parents are Telugu and she is well versed in the language.

Rajendra Prasad and Vennela Kishore are in pivotal roles. Dhibu Ninan Thomas, who scored the music for the original version, has been retained for Telugu as well. The Kakka Muttai actress has yet another biggie in Telugu where she will be seen as a wrestler.
