The new movie of Aari and Aishwarya Dutta (of Bigg Boss fame), which explores contemporary romance against the backdrop of the IT sector, has been titled Aleka. Directed by Raja Mithran of Ayyanar fame, it is said to be a pure love story.
Aari, whose last film was Nagesh Thiraiyarangam, had already started working in Aleka. The film created a buzz for being the first movie to have the promotional video launched on TikTok that went viral. The movie reportedly touches upon the theme of how relationships were once and how they are now. “The conflicts between the couples are not from an external factor, but it comes from within themselves,” says the director. Mahesh is composing the music. The makers have decided to can couple of songs in foreign locales.
