Taking a cue from Kamal Haasan, Suriya, Trisha, Sethupathi and Amala Paul, Keerthi Suresh becomes the latest to join the list of actors in donating their eyes. The Sarkar actress pledged to donate her eyes, which she disclosed after inaugurating ‘free eye surgeries camp for underprivileged’ at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital in the city.
Speaking on the occasion, Keerthi said, “I came to know that a single person can donate eyes to two visually impaired people at the same time, which is the latest technology developed by Dr Agarwal. I will definitely spread this news through my social media platforms. I am happy to donate my eyes and will pledge at this hospital at a later date. Donating eyes is a noble cause and we need more people to pledge their eyes to help create a positive change in someone’s life.”
