After several actors like Prashanth, Vikram and Sivakarthikeyan did it, it is now actor Mahesh’s turn to play a woman character. The Angadi Theru actor will be sporting a dual look of Mahesh, a water can supplier and a woman in his upcoming flick Thenampettai Mahesh, directed by Siddique. Anisha who did Pichuva Kaththi romances Mahesh in the movie.
“It is an intriguing character for Mahesh who essays the titular role. While he is timid, an introverted and scared of his father in one version, his real identity is revealed post- interval. How Mahesh’s life turns topsy-turvy once his other side is exposed forms the rest of the film,” Siddique explains.
MS Bhaskar, Imman Annchi, Ambani Shankar, Rajasimhan and CT Ganesan play supporting roles. Munish is behind the camera.
