Director Ram made his debut in Tamil with the comedy drama Mundasupatti. The film kept the box office ringing and received positive responses from audience as well as the critics. Axess Film Factory is producing Ram’s upcoming film, an untitled venture that will be an investigative crime thriller. Currently, talks are on to finalise the male lead for the film; it is expected to be crystallised within two weeks. Ram further added that this script could be enacted by both newcomers and established actors.
Speaking to DC, the director said, “This film, entirely set in Chennai, is about a cop investigating a crime scene. Unlike Mundasupatti, this film is serious and intense. We have planned the entire shoot in Chennai area. We have retained Mundasupatti’s technical team for this film. The latest addition to the team is composer Ghibran.” Art director Gopi Anand and cinematographer PV Sankar from the Mundasupatti team are on board. “My next film revolves around a
