No, he is not sporting a doctor’s white coat or stethoscope around his neck. The bespectacled Siva is seen sitting on a chair with blood-soaked gloves, holding a switchblade. There are scissors, blades and scalpels around, suggesting that he is all set to ‘surgically’ remove the bad guys.
