PC Sreeram for Nivin Pauly's film
RD Raja and PC Sreeram seem to have a good rapport, as the latter has joined hands with the young producer for the second time for an yet-untitled film of Nivin Pauly. The two had worked together in Sivakarthikeyan’s Remo earlier. In a chat, the director of the movie Prabhu Radhakrishnan opens up about the new development in the film.
“RD Raja and I approached PC sir some time ago, and he really liked the script that I narrated. He said there is a lot of scope for cinematography and agreed to work on the project. He was very much excited about the film,” Prabhu reveals.
Talking about the project, he adds, “Raja and I are long time friends and we have earlier worked together in a Malayalam project. We have been waiting to work together. Though we announced the project last year, when Remo’s first look was released, everything is falling in place only now.”
Talking about why he roped in Nivin Pauly for the role, he says, “He is the favourite of all the youngsters now, and also looks lovable, right? Premam has made him famous across south India and even in north he is a known figure now.”
Prabhu, who is tight-lipped about the genre and details of the project, says they are currently working on the pre-production and the film will go on floors only by January 2018.
