Producer and actor Udhayanidhi Stalin now has his bag full with a number of films including Ippadai Vellum, Saravanan Iruka Bayamen and Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam. Each of these films are at different stages of production. Meanwhile, the actor is also listening to scripts from directors and is keen on taking up interesting projects.
The latest update is that director Mithran, who is currently helming Irumbu Thirai with Vishal and Samantha, met Udhayanidhi for a possible collaboration. A source in the know tells us, “Mithran has a cop story in mind and recently the duo met for a discussion. But the project is in its nascent stage. Udhayanidhi liked the idea of the film, but nothing has been confirmed as of now. Mithran is busy fine-tuning the story.”
If the project materialises, it would be the first time that Udhayanidhi will be seen as a police officer! Meanwhile, Mithran and his team are planning to resume the shoot of Irumbu Thirai in April, as Vishal is busy with his campaign for the forthcoming Producers’ Council election.
