French govt honours producer Ashok Amritraj

International filmmaker Ashok Amritraj, who has done films like Jeans in Tamil, was honoured with the Chevalier Award – Chevalier de L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) recently by the French government at a function in recognition of his contribution to the world of cinema.
