Hansika, who was missing in action in K’town, seems to be on a signing spree. Recently, she was brought on board for an Atharvaa movie, which is an action thriller, directed by two-films-old Sam Anton. She has already started shooting for the film. Now, close sources say that the pretty actress has been approached for the lead lady role in Kaateri, a horror comedy by Deekay, who is again only two-films-old. The film has Vaibhav Reddy, who is slowly climbing the success ladder with the much acclaimed Meyadha Mann, as the hero. He also has an interesting political satire RK Nagar produced by his close buddy Venkat Prabhu.
The new movie Kaateri, which is being produced by Gnanavel Raja, went on floors recently. Earlier, the makers announced that veteran Telugu actor Sai Kumar’s son Aadhi would be making his debut in Kaateri. Later, for some unknown reasons Vaibhav replaced him. Karunakaran has been roped in for the supporting role. A little birdie tells us that talks are on with the Aranmanai heroine and in all probabilities she would be finalised. However, when we tried to contact Hansika, she was not available for comment.
