Trisha is excited about her Malayalam debut Hey Jude — the first look of which was released recently. The actress plays an intriguing character named Crystal, while the hero Nivin Pauly essays the titular role of Jude. In the romance-drama directed by Shyamaprasad, winner of multiple national awards, the VTV actress would be seen as a Goan Christian. Even her costumes have been designed in such a way that they portray a girl, who is brought up in Goa. The movie is about love, self-discovery, healing and transformation.
Nivin shared the first look poster and wrote on his social media handle, “Here is the first look of #HeyJude! Can’t wait to watch it on screen! @trishtrashers @Shyamaprasaddir.”(sic)
Now, we hear that though Trisha was keen to do the dubbing by herself, since the role she plays is challenging and has all scope for a national award, she may not doing it due to time constraints. However, you never know! The Thoongavanam star may opt to lend her own voice for her role in Hey Jude in the last minute.
Meanwhile, tinsel town sources say that the news about Trisha joining back Saamy crew after Vikram’s intervention is a rumour and add that Trisha is not part of the film.
