Jyothika turns a teacher once again. After Jo played a teacher in her 2003 film Kakka Kakka, the actress, successful in her second innings, is working in a project where she will be seen as a government school teacher and sources say she has a dual dimensional character. Directed by newcomer Raj, the title Raatchasi is under consideration as it connects well with the script. The buzz about the film, produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, is that Jo has done a few risky stunts since the intriguing subject involves action sequences.
Apart from that film, Jyothika recently signed a new film under her husband Suriya’s 2D Entertainment directed by Kalyan of Gulebgavali fame. This untitled film is said to be a dark comedy thriller and it has Revathy playing a crucial character. Yogi Babu, Ananda Raj, Mansor Ali Khan are also in the cast.The music of this film is composed by Vishal Chandrasekhar.
