Ever since Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada’s release, director Gautham Menon has been in the news for his ongoing and upcoming films. While the mystery surrounding the music director for Dhanush and Megha Akash starrer Enai Noki Paayum Thota continues, the maverick director has once again joined hands with Harris Jayaraj for Dhruva Natchathiram which stars Vikram as the hero.
For the past few days, Gautham Menon and his team have been releasing a poster every day, slowly building up the hype for his upcoming film. While the posters revealed Vikram’s suave look in the film, the teaser which was released on January 14 unveiled more.
What took us by surprise was the film’s production value and the choice of music director. It is a known fact that Harris had a fallout with GVM post Vaaranam Aayiram. After seven years, the duo joined hands for Yennai Arindhaal in 2015. They have churned out chartbusters right from their first collaboration — Minnale in 2001. With Dhruva Natchathiram, which is touted to be an international spy thriller, the expectations have skyrocketed.
