Actress Jyothika, who made her comeback with 36 Vayadhinile, has started shooting for her next film with director Bramma of Kuttram Kadithal fame. Suriya, being a proud husband wrote on Twitter, “Dear all! Jo is starting her next,with a great cast & crew today! Official announcement soon! As always, need your wishes!! #Excitedhusband” (sic). Speaking to DC, director Bramma said, “I wouldn’t call this a woman-centric movie. This untitled film is about eight characters, so I would rather call it a feel-good entertainer suitable for all age groups. The first scene featuring Jyothika was shot today in Taramani, Chennai and this schedule is expected to go on till September.”
Describing the first day of the shoot as ‘a good start’, Bramma says, “For me, the last shot of the film is much more important than the first shot because that is when I know how the film has panned out. Bhanupriya, Saranya Ponvannan, Urvashi, Nasser, Livingston, and Paaval play significant roles in the movie. This flick revolves around these six characters and their life in general,” he added. When asked about Suriya’s inclusion in this film, director Bramma stated that talks are still on. He further added that scripting is underway and he would confirm his inclusion in the coming days.
