Jayam Ravi plays a prisoner in Siren

The film also stars Keerthy Suresh, Anupama Parameswaran

Jayam Ravi, last seen in Iraivan, takes on an intense role in the upcoming action-packed drama Siren. The teaser was unveiled on the eve of Diwali.
Siren marks the debut directorial of popular scriptwriter Antony Bhagyaraj. It also features Keerthy Suresh and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead.

“Siren is an action thriller at its core. But it also has a lot of strong emotions. Ravi sports two contrasting looks, the first one features him as a grim 45-year-old, the other shows him as a jovial youngster,” Antony reveals.

The teaser introduces Keerthy Suresh as a police officer, narrating the predicament of an ambulance driver (played by Jayam Ravi) who anticipates his release after a 16-year imprisonment. Concurrently, Jayam Ravi’s voiceover recounts the burdens of 250 inmates, all labelled as special killers, and their collective efforts to make up for their past mistakes.

Yogi Babu and Samuthirakani are also in the cast. The film produced by Sujatha Vijayakumar has music by G.V. Prakash.
