There was a great buzz about Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Aneedhi Kadhaigal when it began. With names like Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha, Fahadh Faasil on board, it also had technicians like PC Sreeram to boot. But recent developments suggest that the ace cinematographer has decided to opt out of the project due to date issues.
PC Sreeram had shot the entire first schedule of the film, and the second schedule did not take off on time as planned. The cinematographer then got busy with his Telugu project starring Kalyan Ram, and Padman, Akshay Kumar’s
ambitious Hindi project. Hence, he is said to have opted out of Aneedhi Kadhaigal, and sources close to the film’s unit suggest that PS Vinod, who floored everyone with the visuals in Vikram Vedha has been brought on board for the project.
