Nadigar Sangam has swiftly acted on Kasturi's reported distasteful tweet on MGR and Latha in comparing romantic scenes of the actors from one of their films to the sluggish batting of CSK, the reigning champions in an IPL match at Chepauk.
Sources close to the Sangam inform us that they have sent a notice to Kasturi asking for an explanation for making a disrespectful comment on senior artistes in the film industry on a public domain, although it is her personal opinion. Reportedly, they have also condemned her act. It is also learnt she has been asked to give a letter of regret for the same and not to indulge in such activities in future.
