Ritika Singh, who rose to fame with her power packed performance in Madhavan-starrer Irudhi Suttru, is back with yet another meaty role. She’s teaming up Vijay Sethupathi in his forthcoming movie Aandavan Kattalai, which is directed by the award-winning filmmaker Manikandan. The Kakka Muttai director says that he was captivated by Ritika’s performance in IS.
Talking to DC from the sets of AK, Ritika said, “I am really excited! I feel good that I’ve bagged a role, which is totally different from my character in Irudhi Suttru. In this movie, I will be seen as a city-bred girl. Though, I can’t reveal much about the project at this point in time, all I can say is that it is going to be a new experience working with Vijay Sethupathi in Manikandan’s direction. I am looking forward to it.” The bubbly girl also says that she would continue her stint in K’town if right offers keep coming her way.
