Vani Bhojan, the telly powerhouse performer who is making her foray into tinsel town with the rom-com Oh My Kadavule, says, “OMK is a film that will remain close to my heart forever.”
Talking to DC, she said “When I decided to get into films, I was keen on choosing ones that offers me unique roles and good scope for acting. While rom-coms would usually have a prototyped package, it was debut director Ashwath’s creative approach in adding fantasy elements that made OMK fascinating to me. What caught my attention during his narration was the philosophy that the film carries.”
The film has Ashok Selvan and Rithika Singh in the lead. She says “Ashok Selvan [who is the producer as well] is a bunch of talent. I am sure he will go places.” Vani feels Rithika is a spontaneous performer and is sure that Shah Ra has done a fabulous job and he will be noticed for his performance that blends humour and emotions.
