When the teaser of Karthik Subbaraj’s much awaited movie Iraivi was released, it received positive acclaim from the critics, as well as the general public, owing to its interesting and unique premise. Now, it has been confirmed that the movie’s audio release will take place on April 15, after the makers took to YouTube to present an interesting compilation of the on-set camaraderie, and announced the date.
The music is composed by Santosh Narayanan, and it is anticipated to complete a hat trick of hits for the director-music composer duo after the albums of Pizza and Jigarthanda went on to become trendsetters.
Iraivi, which stars Karthik’s usual favourites Vijay Sethupathi and Bobby Simha, will also have host of interesting actors including S.J. Surya, Anjali and Kamalini Mukherjee. The film, is produced by C.V. Kumar, in collaboration with Abhinesh Ilangovan of Abhi & Abhi Pictures and Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green. Sivakumar Vijayan has done the cinematography.
